August 15, 2024 — Orthodox Youth and Young Adult Ministries (OYM), an agency of the Assembly of Bishops, will begin distributing a monthly email newsletter to individuals who have subscribed to their mailing list. The newsletters will contain information about resources, news items, upcoming events, and other opportunities relevant to people engaged in Orthodox ministry work.
“The Orthodox Church is special and beautiful. As evidenced by the explosion of converts coming to the faith, Christ and His Church have as much relevance in the lives of modern people as they did for His disciples. OYM is committed to bringing awareness to the many fantastic ministries and opportunities available. We want to help bring to light all existing resources and assist in the creation of future ones as well. When clergy, youth workers and families have increased access to helpful resources, our youth and young adults benefit,” says Dr. Christopher Krampe, President of OYM.
The first newsletter will be sent on August 22, 2024.
