OYM Launches “What’s Your Ministry?” Website

January 23, 2026 — Orthodox Youth & Young Adult Ministries (OYM) has launched the What’s Your Ministry? website, a new digital platform designed to help people reflect on how their God-given talents can be offered in service to others, draw people nearer to Christ, and strengthen fellowship within their communities.

The website invites users to consider the gifts they have been given and how those gifts might be lived out through ministry. It also functions as a ministry resource hub, providing clergy, parents, and lay leaders with access to vetted materials drawn from across Orthodox jurisdictions, with additional resources added on an ongoing basis.

In addition, the website includes an events page where parishes are invited to share upcoming events. Events can be searched by zip code and are displayed on an interactive map, making it easier for people to see what is happening in their local areas. Individuals and organizations who wish to submit a resource or event for consideration may do so using the form available on the website’s About page.

“In a time when young people are hungry for purpose and community, What’s Your Ministry? offers the Orthodox adults in their lives a simple invitation: reflect on the gifts God has given you, and discover how those gifts can be offered to draw our young people closer to Christ," says Dr. Christopher Krampe, Executive Director of OYM. "This platform is not about specific programs or promotion; it’s about a growing inter-Orthodox network of individuals and parishes undertaking ministry together. By gathering trusted resources from across Orthodox jurisdictions, we hope to provide this support to those who nurture the next generation.”

The launch reflects OYM’s ongoing commitment to supporting Orthodox youth and young adult ministries by sharing trusted resources and encouraging collaboration across jurisdictions. OYM also announced that the What’s Your Ministry? mobile app will be released in February 2026, expanding access to the platform and its resources.
